The site presents our services and lets you get in touch with us. Its content is general information. It is not a binding offer, and descriptions of services, timelines or results are not a guarantee for any particular project. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Contacting us

When you send us a message, you confirm that the information in it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sending a message does not create a contract between us, and we are not obliged to accept a project. Please do not include confidential information in your first message. If your project requires confidentiality, tell us and we can sign a confidentiality agreement before you share the details.

Our services

Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline, deliverables and ownership of the results. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

The texts, graphics, logos, videos, design and code of the site belong to HORSETEK or to their respective owners and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, republish or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names and logos of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners and appear for information only.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
  • Do not try to disrupt the site, test its security or gain access you were not given.
  • Do not send unlawful, misleading, offensive or automated bulk content through the contact form.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. If that is not possible, the dispute goes to the competent Romanian courts. Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro.
